With permission from the original (mesh) creator, I redesigned the ruckus bed and lowered the land impact to just 4.
New textures! Less texture memory!
Texture changer in bed accessible by touch, and deactivates when sitting.
Instructions:
1 Unlink bed leaving just the root prim
2 Rez 4LI bed and position it to the same exact coordinates/rotation as the root prim.
3 Link the bed to the root prim and drop in the texture script

I love things like this. Being able to improve something that is already out there...and I can't see how anyone wouldn't think changing from over 20 LI for 4 LI without making large LOD sacrifices to the point it breaks down to nothing when halfway across the room isn't and improvement.
It is extremely easy to swap out as well which makes it even better.
This is how creators should upload stuff to SL
Perfect LOD (Even zooming away does not destroy it awkwardly)
Perfect Land Impact (A heaven sent for everyone renting roleplay spaces and need the LI)

A MUST Have If You Own The Ruckus Bed
I was less than impressed with the color options with the Ruckus bed. And for the price, I expected more of a selection. When I found this I was super hesitant to get it because, come on...ANOTHER thousand linden? But it's so worth it! There are 24 choices, some for guys, girls, or neutral. I'm thrilled I got this bc now I can use it with any decor. Thank you!
4LI only! Awesome textures!
The best thing about this product is that you can still enjoy the great animations of the original Ruckus bed, but with much much less land impact -- from 22LI to 4LI! Plus, there are much more texture options! Very good quality. It's actually easy to install. Just watch the video than follow.
