Ruined Merfolk Palace.
Its very old and decayed, lots of fishes lives there and in addition there is a hidden room inside. The stone door can be locked (owner, group, everybody and specific persons. There are some fish rezzers, please hover your mouse over corals, steps, columns and walls to find and activate them, sure you can deactivate them or even delete - its modify and copy.
