All tattoo's are tintable
The purpose of the HUD is to allow you to wear individual tattoo pieces if you so choose.
The HUD is controlled via mouse click, so you would need to click the desired tattoo and that item will then be sent to your inventory.
The "<" and ">" arrows control the camera angle of the head display.
For aesthetic and organization purposes,
I advise dragging all of the subsequent unboxed folders into the "S-RANK ------ TATTOO" folder to minimize clutter.
