The S2 Small 3 Gate Garage is a build created and designed to be as similar as plausible to an affordable metal garage. It may look like a simple build but a closer look will tell other story.
As most S2 builds, this build is highly customizable. Many surfaces can be colored as needed, and pieces can be removed and replaced. Its 100% mesh construction is only 25 prims including the doors and lights. Building is a single linked piece, easy to set, no rezzers!
Building is pretty customizable, surfaces are tintable, materials enabled. Garage has 3 gates (2 front, 1 side), space for at-least 3 trucks depending on the truck sizes. Perfect for a truck yard garage or a volunteer rural fire station. There are no rooms on this building, is a single big space inside.
Building is API enabled and has access control. Gates and Lights could be used remotely or used with 3rd party products to make the building even better. Included is a copy/trans remote HUD for the garage doors. Central access control allows control over gates and lights. Building is set to group as default. Only need to set the right group on it and done.
HD Garage doors are the most realistic and complex garage doors in SL, already configured and set on this build. It also includes S2 Pro Lights, realistic and projector enabled lights that completes the realistic experience.
Sign in front is only a demo texture and can be replaced simply by drag/drop a 1:1 ratio texture over it.

Doesn't fit every fire truck
Tried using it for a airport fire station the ARFFs will not fit. everything else will fit. but over all great building

This is a really impressive build!
I went into this expecting good things from this build, but my expectations were easily exceeded. Thoughtful design -- everything is intuitive and functions in realistic ways. The switches that control the garage doors and lights are fully interactive, the lighting is fairly nice, and the structure looks great in any style of lighting. Going to go get the smaller version as well, now.
