This script can be use in many ways. Drop the script and notecard in your VIP furniture and restrict to group members only.
Use in your AFK furniture. As owner, you can assign a host to a furniture and have others pay to play. Lindens can be split between host and owner.
Notification is send to both host and sitter of the amount of time paid for and remaining time notification. Sitter can add time to before the current time runs expires.
Owner and group members sit for free.
You can change the price, time duration, notification time and lindens split percentage...

Very good
It takes a special kind of person like the previous one to complain about a perfectly working script just because they didn't get the special personal custom treatment they wanted, very lame and not necessary.
That said, this script is doing exactly what it says in the description, it is well done. It does NOT deserve less than 5 stars (Unless you're a Karen).
Terrible customer service
Asked for a minor modification to use for my club and the creator initially answered me then decided to ignore my messages instead of letting me know he will not do custom work. I would never buy from him again for my club.
