This pack is the first in a line of customizable store apartment combinations. with a total of 24 variations from the core set, with many more extras to add even further variations to suit your own personal needs. with 8 fully retextured based buildings with 3 variable store fronts. with plenty of extras for adding other subtle variations as well as templates to fully customize the look of your store or apartment to suit your needs. designed with a New York styled ghetto sim in mind, but will work perfectly in any similar scenario. city. industrial, grunge, urban, etc

Store Fronts - 3 variable designs come with this package to allow plewnty of options, the store front were all designed with neutral colours to allow slight tinting to add even more options and variation to these builds.
the interiors are spacious and both store and apartment are designed with neutral colours to allow subtle tinting, also provided are extra floating walls for both store and apartment to allow extra rooms to be separated within these core areas, templates are also provided via sl or external source for those wanting unconstrained textures forced by sl upload.
this allows even further customization for both store and apartment internal areas.

rusted metal awning - 1 LI awning
Standard sign - twist it around and make it vertical. or simply use it on your other builds. this 1 LI sign should work on anyway at any size, with templates also provided to neatly add your custom signs - provided with neutral colours to allow variable tinting
Hanging Sign - another 1LI sign that hangs from the walls, this squared design will add further options to your stores - also with relevant templates. provided with neutral colours to allow variable tinting
Vertical hanging sign - another 1LI sign, again to add even more options to choose from. provided with neutral colours to allow variable tinting
Light - simple 1 LI light to add to your store or apartment (with auto on off options if required)
Store floating walls x3 - all 1 LI each and can be linked to the build, these will give you extra options for adding maybe an office or storage area to the back of your store. (also with templates and material assignment to both sides of walls for varied texturing)
Apartment floating walls x2 - again only 1 LI each and can be linked allowing to add extra rooms to be divided for the apartment space (also with templates and material assignment to both sides of walls for varied texturing)

Blanks - if you only wish to use the apartment you can add your own dummy filler fronts to the stores. these blanks are also provided for future 'plugin stores' we will be providing. these will be separate purchases of fully furnished/kitted out stores. so keep your eyes open!

Build your own town!
24 Variants with tons of extra's made me very happy. The fact that the buildings are copy/mod is great. I can tint the walls, change the carpet colors and much more. Plenty of space to be creative and to give them your own personal touch.
With the templates you can easy make textures for the signs! The extra's are a nice bonus. The 1 prim light even has an on/off setting.
The internal walls are great to make extra rooms in the buildings. Extra points are for the texture details and graffiti on the walls.
Variation!
An awesome supplement to the existing store/apartment box. More variations, more flavor to your build. Now with several extra details such as various signs AND templets for those signs. A fitting lamp, sepperate interior walls and the nice metal awning. Everything in the usual high quality in terms of look and feel and as always low prim and prize. 5 stars of course :-)
