Myers Mask by Saudade.
Made to work on top of the LeLutka mesh heads but can work if you remove your other brand mesh head and use the mask only, with the eye black patch on.
Comes with both Legacy and PBR versions.
Included HUD allows you to toggle the hair on/off and switch between three different mask textures (clean/bloody/blood tears)
