VERY EASY TO USE!
Put this script into a prim together with the notecard. You have the option to specify the name of the notecard. So the avatar will not get "everythng" in your prim, but just the item you like him to have.
hint: If you need to give a landmark to your customers, so choose my landmark giver. It has a nice open-sign-shape and just 2 prims. Ready to use.
