It will find the person you are looking for and send them a secret message from you.
a poof will spring from a random location (so no one will know it was you) and converge on your admiree.
The Secret Admirer will let all around know that your admiree has a secret admirer.
only the admiree will know who!
To use your Octoberwerks Secret Admirer just wear it and type the following:
/23admire <partial name>
you must be within 96 meters of the person you wish to admire.
for example:
to admire me type: /23admire october
if you touch your Secret Admirer it will hide. touch it again to unhide it.
