Implicitly this would be as other security orbs ... it is NOT merely scans for imposters
Lack of clear information in description may be intentionally misleading to have functionality of the Conover orb or similar.
NO.. this does solely one fairly unnecessary thing... it scans for people with land owners name (imposter).
