This pose comes in a menu-driven pose stand, so both sitters can easily adjust their avatar's positioning with the menu.
If you need further adjustment, I recommend tweaking your avatar height, arm length or shoulder width, to get a perfect fit (shoulder width and arm length are integral for this pose)
