There is a new version of this item that has lower land impact. Please consider the new version instead of this original one.
Found mesh model of Arne Jacobsen Series 7 sidechair and did minimum to import it in world. Land impact shows as 30 prims. Sized it up for big avatar, installed a motionless male relaxed sit. The item shows as no-mod because of the selected animation by others, but it appears the chair can be easily customized for size and texture.

Nice looking, but useless
I hoped the 30 LI was a misprint. It's not. And not only are these 30 LI each, they can't be modified as the description states. Waste of time.
