If you want to live a tropical experience, here is a nice modern design of a tropical Tiki hut.
The hut is ric detailed in building and is fully modiable so you can rebuild, recolor and reshape it as you like.
I tried to keep it as low as possible in land impact, so you have more prims to spend on the decoration and that is what i think the most important to create your little paradise.
The hut is 54 Land impact but if you unlink the base it will be reduced to 44.
The land impact will rise if you make it bigger!
The plants and furniture on the pictures are not included.
The hut is copy and modifiable so don't worrie if you mess one up ;-)
