This is a simple single-prim animated beating heart, suitable for wearing on your chest (or sleeve), putting on your fireplace mantle under a glass dome, or whatever you'd like. It is delivered unboxed, by default sized for to wear on a human-sized avatar's chest with left-pec attachment point.
It is modifiable so you can resize or recolor and transferable so you can give it as a gift.
For a romantic gift, you might prefer the customizable scripted version instead.
