the windows desktop, and now mobile APP are easy to forget about when they're working flawlessly for months/years at a time. Occasionally a LL update or other outside factor briefly stops it, but Kae adjusts and it always comes back.

I am happy to say - it's back as of today!
I logged in for the first time in about a month and had forgotten all about using it. The waiting to connect message had become disappointing but familiar. I saw a message (from the plant) that someone logged in and just happened to look over and it showed a list of people online finally. And the website is back as well! It's fully operational again! Let's hope it stays this way!
