The house will be rezzed on a platform 35 x 24 meters. If you rez the house in your land and aground, you may delete the platform. Otherwise keep the platform if you decide to have a skybox. Land Impact is 85

DESCRIPTION:

As you cross the main gate, you are inside a garden with a few trees.
The house is partially furnished, but you may change the furniture as you wish.
there are no animation (except the deck chair and shower)
You enter in a large room, where living, dining room and a kitchen may be set.
The door will lead you in a bedroom and bathroom.
There is another door in the bedroom leading you to a small patio, where you may sit and relax.
All doors are left-right sliding doors
