SETUP
The device is configurable using a simple config notecard (located inside the anti-spam device). To start protecting your group from spam you should:
1. Rez the device on your land
2. Configure the stop-words and group name
This device uses SmartBots AdminBot library to work with your SL group. If you don't have a subscription with SmartBots:
1. Register account for free at http://www.mysmartbots.com
2. List your group with SmartBots (use free week subscription)

WORKING WITH ANTI-SPAM DEVICE
This device uses SmartBots bot to constantly monitor your group chat and eject everyone who uses forbidden words or phrases.
The list of forbidden phrases is configurable using STOPWORDS config directive.
Examples:
STOPWORDS = fool
# catches everyone who says "fool" in your group chat
STOPWORDS = give *L$
# wildcard (*) catches beggars: "Please give me 1L$", "GIVE L$1 TO ME!" etc.
STOPWORDS = http://slurl.com
# stops spammers from advertising their SL locations
Multiple STOPWORDS directives can be used.

FLEXIBILITY
Device can be configured to give out a warning before actually ejecting spammer. Spammer will be ejected if he tries to spam once more.
Debug mode allows you testing your stop words without doing the actual ejects.

totally works awesome
Meet my needs
I use SmartBots services since they started their business, and I am very happy with them.
It's been improved over years, with new features constantly added, this anti-spam is a new very useful device.
Suggestions :
- Do not put the device in Error status at set-up, it can confuse new users, instead you should use a "set-up" status, with maybe a dialog box inviting the user to configure the device via its notecard.
- Turn the device lights toi green once active and set-up complete.
- Allow the user the configure the device using dialog and text-boxes instead of using a notecard.
That said, the initiative is excellent and will meet big groups owners needs, so let's test it now :)

using it since 2013 and its awesome
I am using this device since 2013
in our group only our tenants are allowed to advertise, with slurls from our sims
that means that normally we would need to monitor the group 24/7
but thanks to this that is not needed anymore
just white list your slurls, and the device will pattically do the rest for you
setting it up is fairly easy
and it works
Excellent Product
This product allows my bot to monitor my group chats when I am not online. The bot has been able to successfully remove several griefers from the chat and group without me having to be there. If you have a group that gets griefed, you will want to have this device.
not working properly
i am sorry to say that but this system is not working properly.
i saw this system ejected many of my group members without an actual reason.
i check the note card several times if i possible made any mistake on the keywords
but nothing wrong with it.
so i lose many of my group members without doing anything wrong
