Suggestions for Placement and Use:
* The shadows on the support beams under the Main Deck and on the Pillar crossbeams will guide you in lining things up.
* To make a step-down, use the Short Decks and drop them down by their own height for each step.
* Steps, as such, are not included and were not made. These docks are designed to be used as port docks, as such, wagons or other wheeled vehicles would have had to have mobility on them. Hence, no stairs and just a Slope/Ramp.
* The Stone Pillar Bases are optional and only come in groups of three. They take regular Textures and are not shadow mapped or baked in any way. Planar mapping is not suggested. (Can you say Waaarrrppp?)
*All of the pieces have Materials already on them. You may adjust the specular attributes via the specular texture edit in the regular edit window. Google this if you do not know how.
* Lanterns DO give off light. I suggest placing them at every other, or every two pillars for optimum lighting without being too bright.
* Did you know... Turning Full bright ON on an object cancels out the Bump and Specular mapping of it?
That's all Folks! Happy Building!
