Speedcheck radar HUD 1.0 - movement enhancers detector Version 1.0

This HUD lists overspeeding avatars within 96m, allowing RP and combat sims GMs and Admins to expose movement enhancers users. To keep lag low it checks once per second. Only considers X-Y plane movements, to avoid false detection on jumps. It only lists avatars moving faster than regular run speed, not to flood user's screen with name in a crowded situation like a combat. Please consider lag may spoil the detection, only point at whose have steady overspeed shown.
