Poison cloud not works.

I tried the cloud on a avatar with /77 name
I tried the name from the avatar, the SL name from the avatar, and the SL name from the avatar followed by resident. The wand say there is no one there with that name. Disappointing. The poison balls work fine with mouselook but only 3 damage, not very impressing if the cloud is missing.
