The biobed comes preloaded with six animations (2 male laying, 2 female laying, 2 unisex sitting), but you can add as many as you'd like.
Easy-to-use menu systems allow for selecting a pose and/or repositioning the pose on the bed.
The diagnostic panel can be turned on/off. When on, it displays an animated graphic and plays sound effects sampled from the original series (sound effects can be selected or turned off altogether).
When the diagnostic panel is linked to the biobed, laying down on the bed automatically switches on the panel, and standing up switches it off again.
Both items are fully copy/mod-ok.
Land impact for the bed is 2; for the diagnostic panel it is 1.
