When you purchase, you receive two interior texture versions, a shadow mapped version, and shadow maps for builders to texture their own version. This Entrance can be used alone but is designed to be used in conjunction with our Mine Tunnels Kit, lining up seamlessly.
No collision prims needed! This entrance is navigable without any phantom issues. Please note that re-sizing any mesh item can result in a change in land impact.

It's a nice mine entrance and it's mod but you can't really change the outside texture to match your rock or land as it's too dark and built into the texture mapping. You can rip out a beam section and use that in your tunnels, however the sides are transparent........ >: (
