DESCRIPTION:
A small full perm cookie tree, as shown in the photos. I've included two examples of the tree; one with cookies with pink icing and colorful leaves, and one with plain sugar cookies and green leaves. The textures for both varieties are included as is, in the purchase. There is also an extra texture of cookies with white icing included.
If you want other cookie textures for the tree, you can find some in a texture vendor in my inworld store, right next to the tree - just click on "See Item in Second Life" :-)
LAND IMPACT (prim count):
The item has the land impact (LI) described in the title. Stretching it will increase the LI.

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.
You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.
As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
