To teleport just touch, the map with the destination pop ups and you teleport there.

Included 2 versions, with and without hover text on top.
The hover text is the name you give to the LM.
Modify the prim as you wish.

This is one prim, with the script ready to use, to teleport with the LM you put inside, many can use it only touching it.
