Here's an awesome house I built, fully furnished. It's in a rezzer, and it's copy/mod so you can add your own sits/animations/textures/sounds/etc.
Specular textures, furniture is scripted for single/couples animations.
Working Fireplace, piano, TV, elevator, hot tub seats 8 and has bubble jets and steam buttons. Fridge & oven opens/shuts.
It would look great on a beach or anywhere really. A lot of stuff is linked together, you can unlink/link as you like with basic sl editing skills,
if you don't have those, you will, and in the meantime, Enjoy!!!
