A simple Tiki Beach hut with bamboo walls and a nice thatch roof.
There are two nice couple/cuddle seating positions on the bench under the window. There are also two single male and 2 single female positions in four places on the benches in the hut. The animations use AV Sitter, so no glitchy poses or pose balls. All positions are adjustable using the AV Sitter's Blue Menu.
The hut has a working door and includes Tiki artwork on the walls.
This set is Modify/Copy. It may say No Modify, but that only refers to the scripts.
Li=16 prims. Footprint of the hut is 9.6 x 8.5 meters.
