This can be a ground level home or perhaps a skybox.
Doors are linked to go with house for purchase, just de-link doors and rod -hinge- only. Move them to a safe location then link door to rod (rod must be the root prim to allow door to work) and move to door frame.
Do not link to house.

I like the house but the doors don't open, other than that if this issue is fixed i would give a 5 star
