TelePortal - Experience Based Teleporter

The TelePortal is a simple experience based teleporter that greatly expands the range and capability of telepoartation. In addition, the simple walk-through nature of the TelePortal makes it a breeze to use.
To Set Up:
======
Rez your TelePortal at a suitable location on your parcel. Drop a landmark into the TelePortal to set up the destination. Drop a suitable photo (optional) which you want to show up on the face of the TelePortal.
To Use:
====
Walk through the teleporter. You will be asked to enable the "SimCaster" experience. The only permission the experience asks for is to teleport your avatar without delay. Note: Don't place the TelePortal closer than a half meter to a wall. This will allow the avatar to walk fully through the TelePortal before being teleported.
Access:
=====
Access to this teleporter can be restricted to the owner, the object group, or it can be made available to everyone. Access is set by editing the teleporter and changing the description (Under the General Tab) to either "Owner", "Group" or "All". By default the access is set to All. Make sure it is Capitalized (not all CAPS), as these words are case sensitive.

Take a picture of the landing zone anywhere on the grid, drop it in this device, drop the landmark in the device, and you can just walk into that location.
