The Barcode is built as a villa, but will work well as one or more stores as well. and comes in a black and a white version
The house consists of five sections, three of them with upper floors, the two on the sides with roof terraces.
The full footprint is 25*50 meters including the outdoor paving, which can be unlinked should you prefer to do that.
Floors and tiles can easily be replaced with your own textures in edit mode. Don't forget to replace/remove normal and specular maps as well.
Two versions of the house are included: With an animated bathtub for use as a home, and without the bathtub for commercial use.
Land impact is 120 for the full version, and 113 without the bathtub.
The Barcode has Kool doors, which can be configured by the owner. Both versions of the house comes with two different door configurations
