The Extreme Adboard for owners who believe in fairness – and for renters who love powerful, free features.
Unlike typical adboards, The Fair One costs you nothing to get and nothing to use – as long as you rent out at a fair weekly price (100 L$ or less). If you choose to charge more, a small commission goes to the creator.
Fair play means free play.
Why “The Fair One”?
Because this board treats landlords the way they should treat renters – openly, honestly, and without greed. If you rent fairly, you keep every single L$ of your rental fee.
The commission rate is baked into the script to prevent abuse – keeping the system fair for everyone, forever.
Why I made it:
There was a time when the SL community thrived – not to get rich, but to create, to share, and to make this world better. We earned just enough to cover our own needs, not to exploit others.
We weren’t greedy. We were service-oriented. We built to improve Second Life for all.
Call me naive – but I still believe in that today.
So I demand fairness from buyers, too. Remember: I spent a lot of my lifetime planning it, making and programming it and I give it away for free. So be respectful!
