You can use them in your own creations and give them away by the following permission settings:

did not work for me
not very practical being too long. when I resize it to make shorter, almost can't see it. when I leave it long, it looks a bit like wings. I could not work with it but buy a lot from Seer. Her pearl belt and Medieval Sleeves I use a lot.
