This is the TransAmerica Building, with realistic textures, over 40m tall and only 19 prims! Use this as an Office with two floors. (It's really a secret room... you can look out, but they can't look in!)
This building is made of 2 parts, so when assembled you can enter through the south wall, which is phantom. It is offered Copy, Mod so you can put it on a prim rezzer or adjust any part of it. If you need help to set it up, IM me in SL.... CoolCat Maximus
