This little gem comes from the early 70s when trailers were still considered that. It is small but very efficient in its layout. It has a bay window off the front of the trailer with a small side porch to relax on. It comes with a very compact kitchen 2 bedrooms and a small bathroom. As it sits it's 97 prims with the ability to lower it by taking the chassis off the trailer.
