Bertha was designed as a pretty girl, use Irma skin by Story Leaf. Bertha was made to 4 series( Teen/Young/Realistic/Model ), each series has different face and 3 size of body height which are modifiable, and each body height has 3 cup sizes( to fit the cleavage ) which are not modifiable. So you can modify your shape as you like but you will not lose your shape ^^
- About the difference of the 4 packs:
1) Mature level of face and body type:
Teen < Young < Realistic < Model
2) Body Height:
Teen < Young < Realistic < Model
Although each pack has 3 body height, but Teen-S < Young-S < Realistic-S < Model-S, Teen-M < Young-M < Realistic-M < Model-M, Teen-L < Young-L < Realistic-L < Model-L
By the way, there are also gifts ( 1 shapes named "UNIQUE" with styling card and eyebrows ) in the Fat Pack :)
