UnderDogs - This is our new Double decker boat Dock - Boat slips. This Dock comes with 4 high quality textures with material (Specular, Normal) lighting, scripted with a drop down menu to change to the colors available (Brown, black, white, gray).
We wanted to set this item out modifiable so customers can resize to their liking. Bridge comes separate so you can set it to any side of the main dock you like. The boat slips can fit a big boat and 3 jet ski's, if made bigger could be added.

Quality
Nice and simple, HD textures. Perfect for if you live on a private sim with any water front or if you live on the mainland with the ocean on your doorstep. Low prim count too so very ideal. The top deck i converted into a small bar/seafood restaurant for any sailor on the mainland cruising by and want a bite to eat.
Perfect textures and quality
The construction is 100% realistic with 3D texture and low mesh, I loved the product as much as I love everything that Underdogs produces, congratulations on the work, I recommend it as much as possible
