Virtual Jobs Wallet - A Good idea
This system is a game changer. I have been on SL for a while, and have ran my own sims before, mostly RP sims. The hardest part is to get players. Offering a way to pay people to be on your sim beyond putting a fish buoy or coins that may distract from the feel of the sim is always a plus, and for the workers, well, its a bonus if it adds to something you were going to do anyway! I did an hours worth of work at Business Park just being a greeter and helper at the Fish Pond, while I was fishing and doing the trivia. I don't see it as a waste of time as it supplemented me being there anyway!
And yea, I think the commission info can be better documented . Putting that info here in the listing for the wallet would probably be all that you need to do. But its no different than a 50% commission buoy for end result, just that the employers can get more work for the same linden spending, and I approve of that approach for this purpose.
Where do I see this being the best?
1. DJ and Host Hire. Now, you can advertise hiring djs and hosts and set a base rate of pay for them, then still let them keep a percentage of tips. DJs, Especially those trying to get their name out, can be ensured a certain amount of pay for their work and choose whether to do it or not. After all, becoming a DJ and Host on a big sim usually requires experience and letters of reccomendation. This is how you can get that.
2. RP sims. Hire staff to maintain certain areas. Best way to get new people is to have something for them to interact with.
3. Stores: Displaying outfits or poses!
4. Clubs
For a person looking to make money on SL, this wallet and a proper job board is a step above and beyond anything ive seen. Yes, its in development still, so be patient. I hope to see in a few months this take off and good paying jobs start being listed.

So much easier than searching for websites. Withdrawl - click and go. It updates as you earn. And, it's free.
MISLEADING // Lack of Information Regarding Commission
There is no information regarding commission on this listing, however if you scroll 3 deep in the reviews to read another customer's unhappy review you will find that it is 50% of all earnings unless you are in the top 10 on the leaderboard; then it's 30-40%. The other 2 shady places you will find commission information is at the cashout podium after you have cashed out (for reference, if you cash out an uneven amount, they will take the higher portion) and if you click through the related items to the listing for the employer system you will see that it says "0% Commission" and if you scroll down, under that category in the description it says "0% Commission for Employers" Very misleading and for L$?/hr, it's not worth it unless it's way more than 10 Linden. Especially if you are actively working. The one site I went to to test the system only paid L$1/15 to go around and water their virtual plants for them.
