Click on job unit and enter the settings menu to:
● Set Pay - specify amount of L$ paid per 15 minutes of work (minimum can be 0.01 L$)
● Name your job
● Write job requirement
● Set distance an employee needs to be within
● Set daily limit max amount of minutes employee can work per day
● Access: limit the job unit use to 1 specific person or set to public
● Set job maturity: Adult or General
● Set Anti AFK/BOT check in minutes

GREAT and USEFUL IDEA, but seriously needs work.
I bought these when they first came out, lots of job sites and workers. This time, just a few sites, me and few others, same version and issues with functions and manual instructions. Got a dozen anyway and been scrutinizing them. All products have to develop and grow. I talked with the few workers that showed up about their experiences and opinions as well as the LGH fish and gold hunt groups that frequent my sites. I'll send a critique in on my suggestion. I really like the idea of this type of job board, but needs improvement to functions satisfactorily for my needs. GREAT and USEFUL IDEA, but seriously needs work.
Very good system
Great for landowners. Although I wish I could block people who are not making any attempts to do the task I set up for them. I do not have land owner rights to ban people, and even if I could I would rather only block them from using the work units than a land ban.

Fantastic way to give people a job in Secondlife
I think this system is fantastic to give people a chance at working to gain some lindens.I also think these are great for RP roles and RP jobs aswell. They are very easy to set up and easy to use. They are also a brilliant thing to put in shops and places to get traffic and people to come to your place. When you set jobs to have a pay of 2lindens or higher it will often send out a notification in the inworld group that the job is available to do. The jobs are all listed on a website for people to easily find also which helps both jobseekers and owners of jobs set.
