A system that rewards presence at locations. Superior to classic systems in several ways from a user point of view:

1) allows fractional payouts for fractional commitments: on a conventional job system, you are required to commit the entire specified time to earn the specified amount or prize - you are not rewarded for only being able to partially commit the time specified. VJ Wallet jobs are specified in a L$ per period rate, but this is given out fractionally every 5 seconds you stay on the clock.
2) declutters finances: conventional job systems dole out a sum every given period, this can flood your L$ transactions ledger given enough time. VJ Payouts are made when desired at a system ATM manually, so you have a clearer view of how your VJ Jobs pay out as a whole.

Minus:
Anti-bot/AFK methodology: this system tests for the continued actual presence of the user by occasionally popping requests to view the VJ timer that gave you your job, and responding with the color that it is displaying currently. For obvious reasons, this is not a question that can be answered by anyone with color blindness or a lack of understanding about English color names.

Not a perfect system, but approaching greatness in terms of its simplicity and benefits over previous systems. as a bonus, it is backed by a trusted long-running ecosystem that has had long term experience with other methods of sharing graduated L$ payouts with users, so it's hard to see this going wrong in any serious or problematic way.
