SCANNING
- Capture range: Find users within a certain radius. (up to 96 meters)
- Owner Mode: to scan just the same parcel as the unit is. (you need to be land owner)
SERVICES
- Customize your welcome message including name of visitor if you wish.
- Give landmarks, notecards, objects and invite groups to your visitors.
- Antispam: Your visitors do not receive messages or things more than once a day.
- Visitor alert: If you want it can sends to you an alert message each time when arrive a new visitor.
- Ignore list: If you have employees or other people you do not want to send messages and stuff, you can configure it.
- Visitors list: It will store the names of the last 100 visitors each day.

Very easy to use and does everything I need. I'm happy!

This is absolutely brilliant - I wish I could give it six stars! Why on earth pay hundreds of Lindens on any other "welcome" product when this little delight does everything that you could want for - it welcomes guests, offers them a free gift, gives them a notecard, offers a landmark and plays a sound. Better still, all of these functions can be edited or deleted and there are some really other useful features too! I have now got two of these - one in my office and one in my church - they will make life so much easier for me.
I can't speak more highly of this item!
a very good "basic" greeter/giver.
eventually, i will probably get one full of features (bells and whistles)(so far there are 2 (more expensive) specific ones on my list to check into), but for now, this works great.
its not loaded with features like many of the higher priced ones, but for the price of this, its fine for now.
The one major selling point for me was the fact that it has an "ignore" list (which many of the higher priced ones dont!), i really wanted something like that so that family and friends would not be greeted (and offered the NC) every time they visit.
some things i wish it did have (but for this price, i'm not complaining, just wishing)...lol...
-the ability to email me a list of all visitors each day,
-multiple operators (so my partner can also get IM'd each time a person visits),
-a log of each visitors time of day and duration of visit,
-the ability to greet visitors via IM rather than open chat.
also, i could not set it to "land owner" because i only rent the parcel my house is on, so setting it up as far as location/placement and range distance was a little tricky...if you own the land that it is on, it seems that it can be set to only sense the parcel that it is placed on, but not owning the land means that you will need to put it almost exactly centered on your parcel and carefully adjust the range so that it wont greet people on your neighbors land! i might try deeding it to the land group and see if that fixes my problem of it greeting over the lines of my parcel?
all in all, i'm happy with this greeter and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great 'basic" greeter (at a fantastic price) that also has a few nice little features that some more expensive ones dont :)
