This key card stores the membership data of roles (for example VIP, Dancer,Host or DJ) that gives you access to non public areas of a venue using the WKS AMS system.
When the wearer of the key card enters an AMS venue, the venue logo is displayed on the key card. And the role data (role ids and validity periods) are transmitted to the AMS (if the wearer is already in any role of that venue). Then the venue owner or their staff can add the wearer to a role or prolong a role. Or you pay a role vendor object (coming soon) there to become a role member or to prolong an existing membership.
The key card has 9 different colored LEDs. The venue owner assigns a color to a role. When the wearer is a member of a role, the corresponding LED turns on.
The AMS at the venue stores only the role data as long as the visitor stays there. So there is no limit for the number of members of a role.
The wearer can click on the key card to get the menu:
- Status will list all stored data (with clickable links to the profiles of the venue owners and TP links to the venues)
- Hide/Show
- Resize
- TP will open a menu with all available TP destinations of the venue (when the wearer is already at the venue)
Depending to the assigned abilities of the role there can be some more menu items:
- Eject from parcel
- Parcel ban
- Venue ban
- set stream URL of the parcel
A key card can store the roles data of different venues.
Customized key cards are possible (for example a special part of clothing or accessory). Please contact WKS support for details.
A customized key card can only store the role data of the customer's venue.
Because there is a "valid from date/time" field in the stored data for each role, you can use the role vendor (coming soon) also as a ticket vendor for an event area.
