You have a special event and you want to remember moments in an original and romantic, or funny, or tender way ... This music box is ideal for any event, party, birthday, anniversary, birth, etc.
Play the music you want while showing textures or photographs that you choose, starting and ending both at the same time.
It occupies only 4 prims and you can customize it in size, colors, textures. It also generates very low lag.
COPY, MODIFY, VERY LOW LAG. Free updates for life.
IMPORTANT: To personalize the music and textures or photos it is convenient to have minimum knowledge of object edition in SL, since you will have to delete the ones that appear as an example, or if you want to change your own ones, and replace them with yours, or with new ones . We explain here how to perform this process, but it can be a bit confusing if it has never been done before.
1.- Right-click the music box and choose "Edit".
2.- In the editing window, select the last tab, "Contents" (Cont.).
3.- Select all the sound and image files you want to delete. Right button and "Delete". Sometimes it is necessary to repeat this process several times since sometimes it is slow and there may be some file left. DO NOT BLOW THE SCRIPTS "music and particles" and "photos", or the music box will stop working. Which should not be much of a problem either, since it is COPY, so you can do the biggest mess, erase it, and rethink a new box ...
4.- Choose sound files and photographs from your inventory and drag them to the content tab of the editing window (where you have deleted them in the previous steps). The program automatically detects that changes have been made and adjusted to them.
NOTE: Keep in mind that the time each image is on the screen depends on the number of images and how long the music lasts. To give an example, if the audio lasts 60 seconds, and you upload 120 photographs, each one would be only half a second on the screen. But if you upload 10 songs that last 1200 seconds in total, each picture will be 10 seconds.
On the other hand, the sound files must be WAV of 9 seconds duration (SL does not allow them to be greater than 10 seconds). You can upload them after dealing with an external program and cut them into 9-second clips, or you can buy them at the MarketPlace. There are several stores that sell music already prepared (https://marketplace.secondlife.com/stores/203780). It is very important to number each clip correctly so that the music plays in the proper order.
The image files can be photographs taken directly in SL, or uploaded from outside in JPG or PNG format. They will be projected in the order in which they appear in the inventory of the music box, if you want them to appear in another order, changing the name is enough (1, 2, ....., 104, 105).
