Open sided wooden Japanese tea house to be placed beside a lake or the sea. Low prim count, high quality textures.

Gorgeous
This is worth the price. Its a gorgeous building, you have to build it on a hill going into a lake or build stairs to the walkway/platform. Thats what I did.
