Might be a bit outdated BUT the hell's fury weather is a good laugh.

This is the first weather system I've bought, wanted one for a long while... and I'm a bit disappointed. The rain is not really convincing, the clouds are too low and if you try to make them higher, the system starts to shoot out error messages more than rain. It may be about the RL weather setting which I thought was awesome; matching the weather to a specific location, which should be a giggle in my hometown which is famous for rapidly changing weather. ;p However being from Finland (not where I currently live, the weather there changes once a month) I like how the snow falls, it collects into areas rather than covers the ground evenly, it looks very real to me.

I hid the clouds tho, and will use it in combination with wind-light settings instead.

Other tips: Keep your house off the ground with foundations, so the snow doesn't rezz inside, and move the weather rezzers off your house so you'll see the rain through windows but you won't get weather inside. (There are instructions how to do this.)

The hell's fury is freaking excellent, tho. "If mom ain't happy, ain't nobody happy." LOL

Its a good system for its time. But overall, its lacking in many areas, being low lag when used in larger areas, and as some have pointed out, doesn't look so great when spread over bigger areas.

The sounds are also annoying when you have a larger area too as it echos due to the sounds being spammed from multiple areas.

The effects themselves are also rather dull looking, and even under the heavy rain for example, its an eyesore as it just looks like random square sheets falling down near you and in a rather small amount too, breaking the immersion.

The other weather types are ok to a small degree. The snow is probably the nicest. There are some neat features though. But I would not recommend this. Save your money and find something else as I've come across better for less. Its clear this is outdated and not being maintained. Which is a shame. If it were maintained and updated it'd actually have some great potential.

I love this...its amazing...
BUT
ya there is that but xD
I am unable to really use it even in a parcel. I bought this back when I owned a Roleplay region. IT works FANTASTICLY there. But NOT so much in a smaller double wide parcel. Otherwise I think the animations system and everything else is absolutely and completely fantastic and such.

Size Matters

When you test this system out in world at the demo site, its in a very small area. Only four little clouds above you. It looks quite nice actually. So I spent the 1500L to get this. But when I took it home and rezzed it and set it to 140x140m on my land, it looked like rubbish. If the same system was multiplied across land, it would look great. But stretched out, it had tiny little square prims falling all over and it looks really horrible. The fog was laughable and just looked like I was getting trolled with tiny square prims spread way out and not even touching one another. I don't understand how this was scripted, but it doesn't look the same on larger pieces of land. I'm really dissapointed. Don't waste your money if you care to put this on a large area.
