Wolf Statues Version 1

These are nicely done. Low LI and the builder add the LOD models to their mesh, so these don't break apart when you look at them from a distance.

Also like the builder included both a left and right versions in teh same package.

One reviewer mentioned having trouble resizing. I was able to shift select both the left and right and scale to the exact same size with no issues. Most likely they were editing individual linked prims and having trouble scaling both teh base and the statue correctly.

So, the picture doesn't really give you any scale to know how big they are, but they do rez out pretty big.. from base to ear tip is about the size of my avatar, or maybe a little shorter. Each statue is 1 land impact, so 2 land impact is for the two of them rezzed at the same time. Depending on the level of detail in the physics you prefer, you may want to put a block around each base and a cylinder prim across their backs for more accurate running/jumping across them or being stopped in a walk, etc. Cool statues! I'm also inclined to believe the dude with the 1 star review was editing linked as the wolf is a separate mesh from the base it looks like, so if they had the "edit linked" check box checked while resizing it's easy to only resize the wolf or the base depending on which one you click to highlight the object with.

They don't fit where I had planned on putting them and there is no way to mod them into position. The Left Wolf will only modify the base with the wolf remaining huge, and the Right Wolf will only allow you modify the Wolf, not the base. This makes it impossible to have matching, modifiable wolfs on left and right. Sadly, for my needs, it is expensive dead inventory.
