it is 100% mesh, full perm, very affordable
It comes textured and is fully walkable,
low land impact only 5 "prims", very good LOD
level of detail, ideal for any type of water!.
*This is a single mesh object (item) meaning you cannot unlinked.
it's measurements are:
Depth 24 meters
Width 12 meters and
Height 7 meters
*Note: Mesh Objects normally when resized or unlinked tend to be more land impact than regular prims or sculpts, so if you make it bigger the land impact will increase, if smaller decreases to a certain point, it is recommended that this rocks as being mesh be linked together instead of by themselves as it may add a bigger land impact!.
Also, never link an sculpt or any radial prim like torus, ring or cylinder twisted prims etc to mesh this will increase it's land impact!

Cannot fault it at all at this price
It's wonderful, especially for the price. I didn't expect much but got much more than I bargained for. I'd have paid more than this as it stands and I would pay more for a menu with different wood textures (I darkened it slightly and it looks great, but made the ropes a little murky - just an idea for future items). Love it! Thank you.

I love this pier. The quality is awesome and you can't beat this price. It is low prim too. At T&K Designs we always look for kits with high quality and low prim. We bought just about every kits on MP and many of them went into the trash can because of poor quality and high prim. I definitely will keep this pier. In fact we using it for our new projects now.
