Hi thanks for your interest in this pier is 100% mesh, full perm, single mesh object, very affordable
It comes textured and is fully walkable,
low land impact only 4 "prims", very good LOD
( level of detail), ideal for any type of water!.
Its measurements are:
Depth 25 meters
Width 3.7 meters and
Height 7 meters

*Note: Mesh Objects normally when resized or unlinked tend to be more land impact than regular prims or sculpts, so if you make it bigger the land impact will increase, if smaller decreases to a certain point, it is recommended as being mesh to be linked together instead of by themselves as it may add a bigger land impact!.

Also, never link a sculpt or any radial prim like a torus, ring or cylinder twisted prims, etc to mesh this will increase its land impact!
