You can find it in your 'ZTD - Decontamination Avatar' Folder - activate it with Chatcommand /dd in Mainchat or pressing F12.
ZTD - Decontamination Geiger Counter is attached to left hand.
ZTD - Detector Pipe is attached to right hand.
