Here is a tree that sits on a rock so it can be placed anywhere. It can be an island, a sky island...or incorporated into your landscape.
The limbs are configured so that any kind of house may be built in the tree.
Included is a platform that may be used as a treehouse as well
Shadow maps are included.

The tree is 12LI at the default size, and that's download weight, so bigger just makes it worse.
