Bomb-ass Customer Service!
I bought this ring and LOVE it, but, sadly it's a little too heavy for my outfits. I messaged asking if there was anything that could be done to help. The seller took the time to explain some things to me, helped me with a WONDERFUL alternative option and even did a store credit pointing me in the right direction for what I was looking for. It was totally my own fault for not asking ahead with their fully staffed store that always has someone to answer these questions. It made a sad situation one of the best seller/buyer interactions I've had. ♥♥♥
