Undercroft is a beautiful unique modern home build. Its designed to appear as a one story home when looked at from a distant. But, when approached, visitors will soon realize there is a whole floor below the home, with open garden areas, and ample living space below. Have a home that will really impress your friends.
The home includes the following major features:
♠ Detailed stone, brick, and wood design with spacious living areas. Two Floors.
♠ Two bedrooms located on the underground level. Master Bedroom is extra large. All bedrooms look out onto the underground patio level.
♠ Windows come with many modern window textures, both with glass and solid panes for privacy.
♠ Stained glass above the doors can be changed. Several modern different color glass panes are available to choose from.
♠ High detailed banisters and stair railing. Top floor has open center that allows for viewing down below. Staircase leads down the center of the home to the underground level.
♠ Open top floor living room plan with glass windows on all sides of the house.
♠ Working doors located throughout the house. Each door can be individually locked and unlocked from the control panel.
♠ Working on/off lights throughout the home can be controlled by the light switches located throughout or all of the lights can be turned ON or OFF by way of the control panel.
♠ EXTRA - Included with this build is a stone fish sculpture flower bed and beautiful wall fountain to accompany the underground area of the home. Wall fountain also has fish sculptures located to either side.

♠ Double wood doors in the front and on the lower floors lead into the home. All doors can be locked and unlocked by way of the control panel.
♠ Flowerbed lamps light up the flower beds at night. Ample underground flowerbed room to place small trees, ground plants, ferns, etc.
♠ Wood Deck located on the Master side of the underground portion of the home. Can be used for placement of a hot tub, or patio deck furniture.
The home is beautiful to see at night. Nighttime lighting effects can be seen throughout all of the house as well as outside the front entrance and in the garden areas.
GREAT FOR RENTING - EASY SECURITY SETUP FOR RENTERS
Build also comes with security setup to allow for renting the house. Just access the Security Menu and activate the Rental feature and speak the full name of the renter into local chat on the channel it prescribes. Once set-up is completed, the control panel features can be accessed only by the renter, giving them access to all the great features of the build. Owner of the build has super user security at all times.

Land Template included with the build and instructions on the dimensions of the pit for placement of the home. Place the template on the ground, then dig a put to the template dimensions. The rezz the home and place into the pit.
